The Saudi Minister of Health, Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, expects a return to the number of people infected with Coronavirus in the Kingdom during the coming weeks, unless everyone is committed to and keen to implement the precautionary measures.

Tawfiq Al-Rabiah said on Monday: Everyone also notices that a number of countries in the world are witnessing a strong second wave of the Corona virus, and one of the main reasons for this is the lack of commitment to social distancing or the negligence of wearing the muzzle and covering the nose and mouth and the lack of commitment to reduce gatherings and prevent handshakes.

He continued, saying: And based on what we see in these countries, and we are part of this world and our leniency in applying precautions, we expect the return of injuries to rise again in the Kingdom during the coming weeks, unless it adheres and everyone is keen to implement the precautionary measures and contribute to spreading the culture of commitment, which contributes greatly. In preventing corona and limiting its spread, in order to preserve the health and safety of all members of society.

Al-Rabiah said: We are in one compound and the failure of some affects everyone, so we must work to urge everyone to adhere to.

The Minister of Health stated: I advise everyone who has symptoms to go to Tatamen clinics, which number more than 230 clinics in all regions of the Kingdom, and there are more than 20 car testing stations available to serve those who do not complain of symptoms or have mild symptoms, and they think that they have had contact with an infected person by confinement. An appointment through the My Health app, explaining that anyone who has any questions or wants medical advice can call 937 around the clock.

Al-Rabiah indicated that the Kingdom is currently reaping the fruits of its commitment to health precautions during the previous period, as it witnessed a significant decrease in the number of cases in general and cases in intensive care in particular.
